Art House
This classic 1940s home was filled with light and charm - but lacked style and function for the active family that inhabited it. The GCID team repurposed a neglected but beautiful formal living room into an elegant dining and entertaining space for family and guests.
The kitchen and family room were opened up and transformed into the literal and living center of the home. Carefully chosen antique treasures play off of custom contemporary furnishings.
A palette of crisp whites and silvery grays punctuated with vibrant color in fabrics and whimsical artwork celebrate the play of natural light that first attracted the clients to the home.
